All STEAM+ garments purchased on this store (excluding footwear) are protected against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the product's lifetime. Should any mechanical or structural failure occur due to craftsmanship, we shall repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge.

Our warranty covers original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship. Like any fine machinery, proper maintenance is essential. The warranty does not extend to damage from accidents, improper care, or the natural wear of materials over time and use.
The STEAM+ Limited Lifetime Warranty protects the original owner for the lifetime of the product. While our creations are built to last generations, the warranty's duration is tied to the product's serviceable life, not the owner's lifetime.

The following are not covered under our warranty:

- Natural breakdown of colors and materials over time
- Modifications or alterations to the original design
- Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals or environments
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. For repairs not covered under warranty, our master craftsmen can restore your gear for a reasonable fee plus return shipping.
